Doctor Rex

ok here is my last ESC ref pic for a while and it is of the ESC's nemesis, the evil Mad scientist Cyborg Dog Doctor Rex, seen in ESC issue 2.

BACKSTORY:
Years ago, Professor James Thaddeus Rex was a kind scientist. An intelligent person who Graduated from Oxford university in the field of Science. He dreams of creating machines in order to help mankind for greater good. He has a business called REXCORP Machinery industries which manufactures his robotic creations. However, other scientists think that these machines would be used for evil and would create chaos instead of peace. They fired Rex from the board and they forced him to close his factories down, ruining his business. Rex was so outraged that he vowed revenge on them. So he hid in a secret laboratory and began working on a secret formula for unlimited fuel that would revolutionize his career and would make the board take him back.. But that dream did no pass as due to leaving a gas tap open and having a bunsen burner on, the Lab exploaded tearing Rex apart destroying his body, making him scarred, mutilated and cripped. He was saved however when his robot servants found him and rebuilt him by surgically implanting cybernetic machinery into him. The explosion also wrecked Rex's brain making him go ultimately psychopathic and Insane but with all the scientific knowledge still intact. James Rex was killed and Doctor Rex was the murderer who emerged from him.

MOTIVES:
Dr Rex's goal, like other villians is to rule the world but he belives he will succeed. With a army of super-robots called Rexbots. Rex robs every single bank in the country so that he can use the money to build himself more robots until he has an army so vast he will be unstoppable.

PERSONALITY
Rex is a very cunning person who always one or twelve steps ahead. He never backs down from a fight and wants everything to happen his own way. He gets angry by incompetence and stupidity when challenged and gets very stressful.

WEAPONS:
In rex's arsenal he has his army of Rexbots who are very strong and have a chaingun attached to their arms. If they are destroyed he still has his giant megabots, like that of Doctor robotniks. But even if that is destroyed he still wont go down as he still has one more ace up his sleeve.. his bionic arm.
Rex's bionic arm gives Rex the strength of Ten men and can beat the strongest person into submission. It can evern be changed into a chaingun, blaster cannon, buzzsaw, chainsaw and even a laser sword. Not only is it his strength, it is also his weakness for if his arm gets severed he will be as weak as a bug.

FATE:
Rex was eventually defeated by The evil Stopping crew but he vows revenge on Luke the fox and guarantees he will return. He is currently now in a cell in Barkham Asylum for the criminally insane.


note: I tried to make Rex look like a cute dog gone bad. I tried to make him look more like Clifford but got a bit weird. I'm not very good at drawing cute doggies u see
