Various Characters 1.

After looking at ’s image of various characters. [link] I noticed I havent done much fanart lately so I thought about doing a compliation on some of my favourite characters and how they inspire the themes in my images. Now I was gonna do what Frobman did and see if you can name these characters. But I thought not to as there are characters people nowadays might not know of. So I’ll tell you myself.

Doctor Doom
My favourite Marvel Villian. He looks so sinister with his metal armour and he talks in the third person.

Possibly my favourite Video Game character of all time. I am a huge fan of Fantasy and as a kid I was brought up on the Tales of King Arthur & the Knights of the Round Table. Link is like a Videogame version of King Arthur, pulling a sword from a stone (pedestal) and looking for a holy relic ( The Triforce). I know he looks more like Jareth from Labyrinth these days but I’m hoping he’ll look more badass in the next Zelda game and the series returns to the dark epic theme like in Link to the Past.Ocarina of Time & Twilight Princess in a world like Middle-Earth or Narnia.

Edward Elric
The hero of Fullmetal Alchemist. Edward is an Alchemist in a steampunk world of science & Magic. Ed and his Brother Alphonse tried to use Alchemy to bring their dead mother back. But it cost him an arm & a leg. He had to use Automail for limbs and he and his brother had to go find the Philosphers Stone to change them back.
Edward is a brilliant character with a tragic past, he fights well in a dangerous place of Homunculi and a corrupt military. He can be pretty funny, especially when he gets angry when someone mentions his height. (Hes not very tall) but I like how determined he is when defending his friends and try to achieve his goals.

Cade Skywalker
The hero of Star Wars Legacy. Set 100 years after Return of the Jedi and a descendant of Luke Skywalker. Cade did start out as a Jedi but he became a bounty Hunter and doesn’t really care about the Jedi. Cade is a mix of Luke and Anakin as he often gets dangerously close to the dark side due to his attitude and his ability to use dark side energy to heal. He also tries to use Death Sticks to get rid of visions of Ghost Luke. But he does have a steak of Goodness to help his friends and free the galaxy from the evil Sith Empire, ruled by Darth Krayt. Also I found out that the Comics run will end at issue 50 so I hope they will be an epic final FINAL battle between Cade & Krayt.

Cranky Kong
This guy is awesome. Hes like a Simian version of Abe Simpson. He was the Donkey Kong who captured Pauline in the 80’s and he often complains how rubbish games are nowadays and I think he resents his son. He often breaks the fourth wall as well. He makes potions too to help the Kong clan,.. but I think he was expecting them to die or mutate or something. I wanna be like this guy when I hit 80.


Professor Frank N. Stein
A friend once told me that my art style looks similar to the style of Decap Attack in Sonic the Comic. The series is pretty strange and hilarious with a Mad Scientist, his assistant Igor and his creation with a talking Skull on top. He also messed around with a detective’s brain in a pretty disgusting way. This might explain my love for scary monsters and the themes of gore & horror & the Macabre.
